Georgetown Village was built to a plan, in volume, over a compressed stretch of years, and its concrete is failing the same way it was poured: together. This large production neighborhood off Shell Road went in from the late 1990s through the 2010s, and the driveways, walks, and patios laid down in that run are now hitting replacement age on roughly the same schedule. Production building means a handful of floor plans repeated down every street, which means driveways of nearly identical size and layout sit side by side across the neighborhood.
